签派到底是干嘛的？

[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=3][color=blue]不管是业内的还是业外的、懂行的还是不懂行的，甚至连很多准FF都会问：签派员是干嘛的？他们都干些什么？这个问题的确是一言难尽；[/color][/size][/font]

[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=3][color=blue]签派这个词是由英文Dispatch翻译而来,可以简单理解为，签字然后派遣。。。签的是放行单，派的是航班[/color][/size][/font]

[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=3][color=blue]本来中国民航的大部分规章制度都源自美国联邦航空局（FAA），所以这个问题还是引用FAA的解释：[/color][/size][/font]

其实说机组的“保姆”更贴切些，尤其是在外站的时候；
不管是飞机故障、空管流控、航班备降、吃饭、睡觉……有困难，找签派；
管的着的管不着的，总能帮你解决问题……
