My life has changed so much since I joined Cathay Pacific as a Customer Services Officer in November 2000, and I am proud to be a member of this family!

First of all, I am grateful for the intensive and comprehensive training, which has prepared me to handle all sorts of daily and adhoc tasks that can arise at the airport. Not only was I trained in computer and product knowledge, but also insightful tips to handle a wide variety of people from all over the world, and different ways to accommodate different kinds of customers. This continual training has given me the opportunity to grow and develop both on a professional and personal level.
