从知道emirates的interview日期之后， 只有两周的时间准备， 做了详细的research之后， 心中还是忐忑的去试了。 因为我从没有经过什么培训的， 也没想过要做空姐， 也许是这些技巧帮我了大忙。 1， 在group的时候， 从来不抢话， 给那些想讲的人机会讲， 等她们讲完我再讲， 但最重要的是如果你觉得自己不是leader那么就做很好的cooperator , 看谁有讲话的动机， 点她的名给她机会讲。 2， interview之前， 做最充分的准备， 关于公司背景的。 3， 和在场的每人做朋友。4， 没有一秒不微笑！！！  做为在墨尔本唯一进finial的中国人， 我为自己自豪！！ 在场的澳洲人一个都比一个美， 虽然我也不差， 哈哈。而且还有一帮人是来自virgin blue（澳航的） 所以 这次竞争很大， 能走到这步， 我很满足。大家有什么问题都可以问我啊， 我开心和你们share 我的 experience. 我的final 在周2。。加油！

委屈。。。 发这个贴真的想为大家回答一些问题，或给你们一些想要的信息， 可是不明白为什么回撤“卖弄‘ 上， 我要是卖弄我的英文， 就全发英文贴了， 不会只用这些baby word 去说。 希望大家可以回到正题。 真心的希望可以帮大家些什么。

还有， 在group的时候， 我觉得个人风度很重要， 不管别人怎么抢你话， 还是对她微笑， 让她讲， 反正， 这样最后出局的人也是她， 这样还能显示你的风度和修养。 记得对你周围出局的人讲一些安慰和鼓励的话最重要， group里有leader的时候， 那么你就一定要做支持和辅助leader的那个人， 她说的话你认同的话， 大声讲出i agree。

不会不会。。。 奉承是巴结吧？ 我觉得我做的就是给想讲话的人讲话， 我就说了“＊＊＊”你刚才是有什么要讲的吗？“ 如果我觉得她讲的话， 我会符合， 当然如果不好， 我会讲自己的观点， 这样， 也给了一个自己讲话的机会， 而且又引起了考官的注意。 我们小group的时候， 是给你10样东西， 说紧急降落的时候你要带5样， 你都会带那些？ 开始没太多人同意我要那水第1， 但是我说， based on my research, 就算没有食物， 水也可以保留人3天的生命最少" 所以， 一句就没人顶了，后来我又加了一句， 我们要做的就是， 挽救更多人的生命

You parents? Can you swim?
What do you like to do in your leisure time?
What hobbies and interests do you have?
Do you have brothers or sisters?
Are you employed?
Are you nearsighted? How is your eyesight? Do you use any corrective eyewear?

then, they’ll ask your some questions and you should reply them with examples
Just like describe stories

Introduce your job firstly,
Give a specific example of a time you conflict with somebody when you use good judgment and logic to solve a problem, and how to resolve
What’s challenge/ difficulty you faced in work?
Describe one event when you worked as part of a team,
Describe when you had to help a colleague. What happened? How did you support them?
You seem like hospitality and easygoing, you’d like to help others but you have experience to say no, could you describe this event? When you reject somebody, how do you feel?
Give example you received feedback from your boss and he asked you improve in which fields?
give a situation on when you’ve found a fellow employee has been doing things their way and you know its not the right way and how have you addressed the situation and what was the outcome.
give us an example of when you had to handle a difficult situation/customer patiently
Describe a recent important change that changed your life in a good way. You should say: what the change was (when and where this change happened), what caused this change, what the result of this change was, and explains how you felt about this change when it happened
give a situation when you have gone above and beyond customers expectations and why did you do this
Describe a situation where you did not perform your work duties properly and an error or mistake occurred as a result. Explain how you handled the situation.
give us an example of when you had to be firm or assertive.
what is you greatest achievement. and why, and how did you feel
why does Dubai interest you.
What is the biggest achievement in your life? Why?.....
Tell about a employee that tried to take an advantage on you…?
What is the rule that you would never brake and why?

And so on..
