Air New Zealand is one of the world’s leading airlines and currently operating daily services between Auckland to Shanghai on the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft. We are looking for world-class Flight Attendants to showcase New Zealand to the world. As an Air New Zealand Flight Attendant you'll be a part of a dynamic team providing exceptional service to our customers. Successful candidates will be based in Shanghai however training will be completed in Auckland. This is an exciting role where you will be able to immerse yourself in both Chinese and New Zealand Cultures to deliver a unique experience to our customers.

You will also need to meet the following requirements:
▲ The ability to work and live permanently in China, and fluent in spoken & written Chinese language (Mandarin)
▲ Education: College/university graduate AND 2 year’s customer service experience OR High school diploma AND 3 years customer service experience —— 本次招聘不接受未毕业在校生（含2017应届生）
▲ Height: Female ,160cm and above; Male,170cm and above.
▲ Be physically fit and able to pass a medical assessment.
▲ Be fluent in spoken and written English language (exams are in English)
▲ Be able to swim confidently at least 50 meters - unaided (this will be tested)

▲ Preferred experience in Customer Service and Service Industry
Our customers are our highest priority,therefore we seek to recruit Flight Attendants who have customer service experience and have excelled at customercontact positions. Experience could be in upmarket restaurants, airlines, 4-5 star hotels, hospitality, high-endretail, nursing or other positions that involve a strongcustomer service focus. The position will often involve meeting therequirements of guests with special needs, such as the elderly, children andinfants, the sick and people with physical disabilities.
