初始资格要求

1. 飞行员应持有有效的本人护照及中国签证（一年多次的往返签证）；

2. 飞行员应持有国际民航组织 / (美国) 联邦航空局 / 欧洲联合航空局等颁发的有效本人航线运输驾驶员执照或商用驾驶员执照；

3. 如飞行员持有国际民航组织及其成员国颁发的非中英文执照，则需由专业翻译机构提供执照的中文翻译件，并在中国境内的公证处进行公证；

4. 飞行员应持有有效期内的熟练检查合格证书；

5. 如果是机长教员的话，飞行员应持有有效的教员执照；

6. 飞行员应持有ICAO英语等级成绩单（ICAO四级或以上）或具备同等英语熟练程度的证明；

7. 飞行员应递交记录总飞行时间的证明文件和《飞行经历记录本》或《驾驶员飞行记录簿》的最后三页；

8. 飞行员应递交健康证明原件或复印件，必须是有效期内的一级体检合格证；

9. 飞行员应递交所属国、地区或常住国、地区的政府有关部门出具的《无刑事犯罪记录证明》原件/复印件中英文版本，并经过合法公证且公证书的出具时间应在背景调查开始前六个日历月内；

10. 飞行员应递交原雇用航空公司出具的或该航空公司所属国、地区的民用航空局出具的无事故/无事故症候证明原件/复印件英文版本和中文翻译，且出具时间应在背景调查开始前六个日历月内。

11. 飞行员应递交《空勤人员背景调查表》中英文版本，英文调查表（见附录E）必须由本人亲手填写并签名；

1 pilot shall hold a valid passport and visa (China several times a year visa);

2 pilots should be held by the International Civil Aviation Organization / (USA)issued by the Federal Aviation Administration / European Joint Aviation Authorities and other effective I air transport pilot license or a commercialdriver's license;

3 if the pilot held by the International Civil Aviation Organization and its member states in the non English license, Chinese translation is required by the professional translation agencies provide the license, and in Chinese territory be notarized notary office;

4 pilots should hold proficiency checks the validity period of the certificate;

5 if is the captain of the teacher's words, the pilot shall hold a valid teacherlicense;

6 pilots should hold ICAO English grade transcripts (ICAO grade four or above)or have demonstrated equivalent English proficiency;

7 pilot shall submit the record total flight time documents and the "flight experience the last three pages record book" or "pilot flight record book";

8 pilots should submit the original or a copy of health certificate, must be within the period of validity of a class medical certificate;

9 pilot shall submit a country, region or country of usual residence, area of the relevant government departments issued "no criminal record proof" original / copy of English version, and through the legal notary public certificate issuedand the time should be in the background investigation before the start of the sixcalendar months;

10 pilots should submit the original hire nationality, airlines issued or the airlineareas of Civil Aviation Bureau issued no accident / incident free proof of the original / copy English version and Chinese translation, and issued by the time should be in the background investigation before the start of the six calendar months.

11 pilots should submit "aircrew background questionnaire" in English version,English questionnaire (see Appendix E) must be completed and signed by mepersonally;
