今年浏览帖子无意间看到英航15年招聘local的待遇,虽然知道基地在中国国内的外航,中国籍与本国crew薪酬不能对比,也没有可比性。但毕竟英航是首次招聘,除了薪水,也可以看看他家的软福利。Ref

这是伦敦特别小的city airport基地,不是Heathrow。但是工资基本是由起薪12984镑加生活补贴1931加2.61飞行小时费构成。这些钱几乎可以只是看看,然后根据以往别家工资构成,估计中国籍工资是基本工资加过夜补助加飞行小时算下来的,我猜仅仅是我猜的工资应该会有1w2-1w5之间吧,然后每月三个往返伦敦航线的样子,但是我比较喜欢的是人家28-33天的年假,这个软福利感觉中国籍怎么也能享受到吧。
说了这么多,当然也是有顾虑的。毕竟这是首批,未来的情况谁也不好说。而且最怕最担心的就是5年后10年后得不到BA的续签合同,虽然风光了一时,但总觉得不安稳。20-30是个相对好找工资机会的阶段,30岁后如果跳出航空圈在谋发展就很吃力了。而且像这种航线应该几乎就是在希斯罗layover一两晚的样子,住的是机场周边酒店,进趟城坐地铁都要50min+了,镑的汇率又有点贵..所以说面进或没面进,提升自身硬实力是关键。鱼与熊掌不可兼得,一切都是选择,也没有所谓的绝对安稳。最后也只是希望大家都能交到好运,面试顺利哈
