it's no doube working in Shenzhen airlines will bring u promotion in a  short term
maybe u can catch purser less than 3 years
but there are too many attendants flying more than ten years in singapore airlines
so 3 years is nothing and their contract is 5 years

if u wanna enter emirates, etihads or qatar airways those who can fly around the world and enjoy more than 90 destinations, ur working experience in singapore airlines is actually asset nothing comparable
