We will soon be conducting a recruitment exercise for Flight Stewardesses in Chengdu, China. If you are warm, hospitable with a winning approach to customer service, we welcome you to join our elite team of cabin crew.


Requirements
* Chinese national
* Minimum age of 18 years old
* Females who are at least 1.58m in height
* Diploma or degree holder (those graduating in July 2012 may also apply)
* High level of English proficiency
* Willingness and commitment to serve a compulsory service bond
* Willing to be based in Singapore


Training
If you make it through our rigorous selection process, you will undergo about 3-4 months of training.Our comprehensive 4 months training programme will cover topics such as:
* Product Knowledge including Food & Beverage
* Service Procedures
* Passenger Handling
* Deportment & Grooming
* Language & Communication Skills
* Safety Equipment Procedures
* First Aid
On successful completion of training you will commence flying duties.


Remuneration & Service Benefits
A monthly allowance will be provided during training. Upon graduation, you can look forward to a basic salary and various allowances amounting to about SGD $3,500 a month. In addition, there is an annual wage supplement of one month’s basic salary and profit-sharing bonus. You will also be entitled to free travel to any SIA destination once a year and enjoy discounted travel at other times.

培训要3-4个月（好长的时间啊。。。。）培训考核合格后3500新币/月的allowance，按照现在汇率折合下来17500不到，每年还有一个月的基本工资做wage supplement还有其他分红blahblahblah
所以姐妹们加油吧

没有关于怎么安排飞的说明，可能劳动强度大，不过薪水可观比国内同等职位高不少，还有年终奖和分红，其他跟国内差不多，有一次免费的航线基地旅，和折扣机票，不过高度要求小啊，1.58M。。。。。。
不过，我说过，外航对家人有损失，伴侣子女，估计论坛年龄小，我就认识国内都有不少不想飞了，照顾不了孩子

是的，这是所有外航人共同面对的话题哇

我就是因为当初大学毕业没坚持考飞，兜兜转转一圈回来决定还是不要让人生留下遗憾的好

现在回来BBS发现很多当年一起的战友都在飞或者都飞一圈辞职回来了

相信很多姐妹跟我一样只为圆梦而已，至于职业发展长期来看确实不利于家庭
