职位描述：
华信航空公司为台湾中华航空公司之子公司。中华航空公司为天合联盟会员，自1959年创始以来截止2012年7月31日，华航集团网络覆盖全球28个国家以及地区的111个航点。

现本公司因业务发展需要诚聘如下人员：

机场地勤人员

Job Description 工作内容


Handle flight arrival/departure and baggage lost and found case
Deliver service to all customers in efficient and professional manner
Assist duty supervisor or airport manager to monitor operation handling including all check in counter situation and gate operation.
Take prompt and efficient action when flight disruption & irregularity occurs .Proactively coordinate with other carriers to ensure that passengers are well cared and assisted when need
Conduct the pre-flight briefing and ensure that ground handling agents deliver services and comply with  CI/AE’s service standard
Liaise and maintain good working relations with CIQ and other parties to ensure smooth operations

General Requirements基本条件
College Degree or above
Strong sense of responsibility
Be a good team player
Detail and accuracy oriented
Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.  Command in spoken Minnan Dialect is an advantage
Good PC Knowledge in MS office and other related systems
willing to work on shift duty
PRC local nationals with Xiamen Hukou is preferred
